KOMONO Return Service Center

Return your webshop order

For all orders purchased at the official KOMONO webshop (shop.komono.com) we offer a simple and easy return service with the KOMONO SERVICE CENTER. Products purchased at KOMONO.com can only be returned via our Service Center and cannot be returned to a KOMONO flagship store (Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels). !! Items sold at KOMONO Maasmechelen Village can only be exchanged or returned in Maasmechelen Village.

For items bought from third parties (online/offline), we kindly refer you to contact the retailer directly. If you have any questions on this, you can freely contact our customer service ([email protected]).

Please Click here to submit a return request. All items must be returned in original, unused condition and within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that we have a limit of returning 6 products.

To Continental US and EU customers, a prepaid return label will be provided once the return request is accepted. If not among these groups, return shipping costs and all charges for customs clearance must be covered by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, should the customer not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. In the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, the customer will be notified and issued an automatic refund. Taxes are nonrefundable.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.”

For the Christmas period the return period will be extended to 30 days instead of 14 days. For all the orders purchased between the 1st and the 31st of December, you have 30 days to return you item.

We can only refund items that have been bought on the official KOMONO webshop or bought in our official KOMONO Flagshipstores (Antwerp, Brussels, Amsterdam). For items bought from third parties (online/offline), we kindly refer you to contact the retailer directly. Attention: items sold in SALE online can't be returned for free as mentioned on the product pages. For warranty issues, you can still reach [email protected]
