Komono Warranty and Support

KOMONO offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized Komono retailer. Your KOMONO watch is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase and 2 years warranty for European consumers after original purchase if purchased from an official Komono retailer.

Please note: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

The KOMONO warranty does not cover:

  • Battery end of life, case, crystal, finishes and plating.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, loss, theft, or wear and tear.
  • Discoloration of light colored watches and/or components.
  • Damaged strap: wear & tear

The KOMONO warranty does cover:

  • Hands falling off.
  • Movement failure.
  • Battery failure during the first 12 months.

Submit a warranty claim at the Warranty Service Center

The warranty will not be accepted by KOMONO if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or craftsmanship.

In case you are eligible to a warranty, you will receive a voucher with the value of the faulty item. This voucher will be deducted of your total at checkout and can't be redeemed in cash.

In case of replacement, KOMONO cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model again. If your model is not available, a similar watch of equal value and appearance will be provided.
