From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 11 a.m. (CET) are handled during the upcoming 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number by the end of the business day when your order has been shipped.
Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number. We’ll provide you with one, if your order has been shipped out already. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact our customer service team at support@komono.com.
